Lufsky has cost the taxpayers over 2 million dollars for the past 20 years, currently at St. Peter State Hospital, illegally held, techinally now institutionalized.
Lufsky has been exploited to delay his hearing and SCAP Panel for his release to his Homestead in Ham Lake. Lufsky's significant other Charisse Hickerson Kruitti, RN at the pscy unit Mercy Hospital, has their now (7) yr old son, the Homestead 3 and 1/2 acres worth over $400,00, fully disclosed to Dakota Co. Judge Leslie Metzen 2 years ago.
