Lufsky has cost the taxpayers over 2 million dollars for the past 20 years, currently at St. Peter State Hospital, illegally held, techinally now institutionalized.
THEREFORE WE ARE AGAIN REQUESTING A STATE AND FEDERAL INVESTIGATION INTO THE GROUP HOME IN DULUTH, FIDICUARY COST TO THE TAXPAYERS, WHEN CHARISSE AN RN AT MERCY HOSPITAL HAS BUILDING PERMINT TO FIX UP THE HOME.
WILLY CAN SLEEP ON THE COUCH OR FLOOR FOR THAT MATTER AND OR HE SHOULD RELOCATE NEAR HIS MOTHER AGE 88.
